They moved us from the third floor to the 11th. We returned to the hotel and a new person at the front desk said to bring our stuff down and they would assign a new room. I asked what the plan was regarding this issue and she was super rude about it. told the story again and they put the manager on. They said the manager was busy and would call us, so we left our cell phone number. We went downstairs and told the front desk. Before leaving we put all our stuff in the bathtub.
